ORDER PROCESSING

All orders received will be shipped within 2 business days, excluding holidays.

All orders placed on holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by www.Ecokarma.co.in will be shipped within 2 business days.

In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), these shipment-processing times may be delayed.

 

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

 

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We send all orders via reputed courier partners. You can log on to ecokarma.co.in and check the details of the shipment and courier partner.

Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.

 

Returns Due To Change Of Mind

Ecokarma will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 2 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Refund will have an option of

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

 

(Ecokarma) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

 

Coupon Code

Coupon codes are valid until deactivated by Ecokarma. Limit one coupon code per person. Valid on the consumer in India only. Discount does not apply to shipping and handling or tax. Offer subject to change or expiration at any time at Ecokarma's sole discretion.

 

Warranty Returns

Ecokarma will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Ecokarma to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

 

 

GENERAL

Ecokarma.co.in will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you. If your package is refused or returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges. We do not accept product exchanges. Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

 

P.O. Box Shipping

Ecokarma does not ship to P.O. box addresses.

 

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

 

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

All tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

  • Free standard shipping is automatically applied to your order after other discounts are taken and before taxes and handling charges are added.

  • Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase.

Delivery charges vary from product to product, depending on weight and volume.

Do you deliver outside India?

Yes we deliver outside india. Shipping is Rs 1600-1800 per kg. Delivery 8-12 days

 

Do you give free shipping?

Yes, on promotional basis, we offer free shipping on selected products on a single purchase of a minimum value.

Why is the shipping fee high on some products where the price of the product itself is very low?

Shipping fee is a function of volumetric weight and the type of product. We give our best effort to send you the products via reliable delivery partners in the minimum time.

 

What is the average shipping cost?

The average shipping cost is Rs 80 per 1000 gms; this would vary in case products need special packing.
